Even under the barrage of Covid-19 rules - Breakfast was a success - every table had social distancing in place and all staff wearing masks through service! The rooms were great! Clean and comfortable with a newly spruced bathroom, fluffy towels and tasteful furnishings. We ate dinner at the hotels Ebb and Flow Restaurant on the first night and the menu was delightful and everything was cooked to perfection. The Quay delivered everything perfectly, even during Covid-19! On reception after a 4,5-hour drive, Joe greeted us with a warm welcome, an envelope containing all our hotel information, breakfast order sheets and our rooms were ready - Clean and freshly prepared - hugely spacious with balcony views over the marina & Conwy Castle lit up in the distance. It is always a pleasure to visit Sue and I'm sure I will be visiting her studios for many years to come.'From booking to leaving - this hotel sits up with the best for great service! We booked this hotel on for a 3-night stay to take some time out from hard work to take in the sights and wonderful sea air of Conwy and Llandudno.

I have been going to Susannah Conway Photography for a good many years for photos to update my agencies for television and film work. So impressed we have another session booked to update the photos. Really friendly and takes on board all suggestions to give you the photos you are looking for. She made my daughter totally relaxed and comfortable in her session. The quality of the images are outstanding - would not hesitate to recommend xx Susannah is an amazing photographer, she is very friendly and brilliant with children and creates a relaxed environment which buts everyone at ease. If you are thinking of using her….go for it. She’s creative, patient and really cares about her work and creating fabulous representations of her subjects. Since then, we use her at every opportunity both at work and at home! (She took amazing pics of my daughter’s 21st party). American dishes are offered at Champneys, reachable at a 10-minute walk. North Conway city center is approximately 0.9 miles away. She was absolutely fabulous, taking loads of time to chat with them whilst they played to ensure she was able to take the best shots. The venue is 18 minutes walk from Mount Meander, and 5 minutes drive from Green Hills Preserve. We were so impressed with her work that we asked her to come and take some photos of the children at work. My organisation met Sue in May 2008 when she came to take some photographs of our official opening. The results were excellent and the quality of the shots and prints produced were first class. She directed the shots extremely well and was able to direct he children, some of them as young as two. Sue suggested an outdoor location at a local park, she scoured the park and identified some excellent backdrops for the shots. We asked sue to shoot some photos our our family and extended family. We strongly recommend her to anyone, who wants a friendly, professional service. The photos are of a very high standard and we wouldn't go anywhere else now we have found Sue.

Immediately you are put at ease and our children love her. We have found Sue to to be absolutely fantastic. We have used Susannah Conway photography on several occasions.
